The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, and lanai with a 180 degree unobstructed view from the mountains to the ocean.
The lanai faces Prince Kuhio Park, an open space preserve that was the birthplace of Prince Kuhio, and is significant in Hawaiian culture and history.
The unit is on the third (top) floor of Prince Kuhio in Po'ipu on the sunny south shore of Kaua'i. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
